Pines Nude Drawing is Back!
Our drawing sessions will re-start on Saturday, May 26, and run weekly for the rest of the season.
In this new PND season, I’m planning to have a monthly “Pines Nude
Drawing Workshop”, conducted by invited artists who will share
insights about their creative process. The workshops will create a
forum for artists to talk about their work, and also serve as sessions
to discuss drawing techniques.
Our first workshop will be on June 23, and will be orchestrated by the talented artist Bil Donovan. Details to follow.

Between the Sheets
The 12th session - and final one for the summer of 2011 - ended on a familiar “Pines way” with two strangers cuddling in bed, a perfect pose to end the first season of Pines Nude Drawing.
Thanks to all the artists and models that participated this summer, and made PND such a great event. I look forward to some drawing sessions in the city in the coming months, to keep us in touch until summer is back here again.

September 10 - The Meatrack. We got a lot of attention from the guys walking around wondering what was going on. As far as I know, this was the first group drawing session in the Meatrack. We’ll be back there next summer.
